The Sound Department manages all audio needs during services and events, ensuring clear and balanced sound for both in-person and online audiences. They work closely with musicians, our MOG and WOG, and media team to deliver excellence in every service.

At Faith and Victory Church we believe that Jesus Christ of Nazareth is God; and that he is on the thrown. We believe in the supernatural power of the word of God and the great commission of the Bible, which is to go out into the world, preach the gospel to all creatures, and bring them the good news. 

This team plans, organizes, and coordinates all church events, ensuring they reflect the church’s values and vision. They also handle interior and event décor, creating warm, welcoming environments for worship and fellowship.

The IT Department ensures that all technical systems in the church run smoothly, including networks, software, and online platforms. They support the digital infrastructure that helps ministry operations flow efficiently.

The Social Media team shares the gospel and church updates across all digital platforms to engage and inspire the online community. They create content that promotes events, sermons, the church and messages of hope.

The Maintenance team ensures that all church facilities are clean, functional, and well-maintained. They handle repairs, upkeep, and improvements to provide a safe and pleasant environment for all.

The Ushering Department at Faith and Victory Church warmly welcomes every guest and member with love, order, and hospitality. They guide seating, assist during services, and help maintain a smooth flow throughout the sanctuary. As the first point of contact, ushers reflect the heart of the church through service and excellence.

The Youth Ministry empowers young people to grow in faith, leadership, and purpose through discipleship, events, and mentorship. They provide a vibrant space for teenagers and young adults to connect, learn, and serve.
